Thompson’s Wine 2020 Ltd is the holder of an “off licence” as defined in the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012. Thompson’s Wine 2020 Ltd is legally authorised to promote and deliver wine for sale by mail order.

By searching on the Thompsons Wine website and purchasing products over this website you accept and agree to be bound our terms and conditions. Thompson’s Wine 2020 Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time by posting amended or replacement terms and conditions on the website.
Responsible sale and consumption of alcohol
Thompson’s Wine 2020 Ltd supports the responsible sale and consumption of alcohol and recommends that alcohol is enjoyed in moderation. It is illegal for us to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 years. It is illegal to buy alcohol when under the age of 18 years. It is also illegal to make a false declaration of age to purchase alcohol. If you are under the age of 18 years, please do not attempt to use this site to purchase alcohol. By confirming and processing payment of your order, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 years at the time of purchase.
Price and Payment
Wine prices on our website are inclusive of GST and given in New Zealand dollars. Thompson’s Wine 2020 Ltd, reserves the right to vary our prices without prior notice. No adjustments will be made to the price of the product between the time your wine order is submitted and then delivered.
You must pay your wine order in full at the time you submit your order. All invoices will be sent your digital address that you provided as your method of contact.

Availability of Product
The website will show the full range of Thompson Wine products available, but the customer acknowledges that there may be limited availability. Thompson’s Wine 2020 Ltd reserves the right to restrict the number of bottles of a particular wine to each individual customer when quantities are limited. Thompson’s Wine 2020 Ltd will advise the customer of its inability to fulfil a customer’s order as soon as reasonably possible.
